Should Flat transferor be charged advocate fees for doing any legal formalities that society is suppose to do in respect of transfer of flat apart from Transfer fees and Premium? Flat is in Pune, Maharashtra. What services are considered to be provided by society to Transferor in respect of payment of Transfer Fees and Premium?

I think my question is not understood properly. My Mistake. Actually Society can charge transfer fees and premimum to transferor. Then for addition of tranferee as a new member, society has to do certain legal formalities for which society has hired legal consultant. My question is should this legal consultant fees be paid from this transfer fee and premimum or not?
