It is the the querist who has to state whether allegations are true or not.  On this forum many querist reveal the facts which indicate the allegtions are true.

In most of cases allegtions may be false but not in all cases.

You are the best judge of your circumstances, if possible then get the matter sorted out / settle it through mediation center of the court, where you can negotiate on the amount as well as terms and conditions of settlement.
