Share of Muslim Daughter

i would like to know the percentage of Muslim daughter's share in father's property and in ancestral property and the same is governed by which law.

As per Mohameddan law, She is entitle for share in ration 2:1 , ie male will get the twice of female..

as far as the share of female is concern, the act is itself illegal under equality under constitution of India.
