Dear Sir,
My mother in law has two daughters. After her death they have successfully put on record as LRs in their ancestral propertyas per muslim personal law. After demise of my mother in law her my wife and her sister has become LR in their ancestral property. My sister in law died issue less leaving behind her husband alone. My wife has filed a petition requesting her sister's share of the property(i.e 7/8 and her brother in law gets 1/8 share as per Muslim personal law)
I am interested to know under which rule or reference as per Mohmaadedn personal law which gives the above specified share to my wife and her brother in law.
