share from husband's pension

can a wife get separate amount of pension in her own account...after retiring from defence service..if she dont want to stay with her husband due to cruelly behaviour and tourchering her always..how can get divorce from husaband

If she is legally wedded wife, she can claim separate share in her account from husband pension.

For divorce you need to approach family court.
