What is the process for Share Certificate Transfer from First owner to Second Owner?
I have bought a flat in Navi Mumbai in 2011 and have all documents including share certificate of first owner.
After purchasing process was done I have also completed all society related documentation process. Society added my name in share certificate received from first owner along with signature of secretary/chairman of that time society MC. Now new MC is appointed.
What all things I need to check regarding share certificate to make sure when I sell this property?
