Service regarding

My friends are working in a govt canteen continue from last 10 years in this hope that they will regurlige & take him in govt payroll, but now they are shifting him to contractor payroll, please suggest what we can do in leagily manner

Check at LOCAL Labor courts/CGIT/CAT/School-Educational tribunal/Civil courts/HC/SC for senior counsels of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in Labor/service matters and well versed with latest citations, LOCAL applicable rules/laws/ … and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt…..and show the case related docs etc etc
