hi, i am adv. sanuj kulshreshtha from rajasthan high ourt-jaipur, i wish any of my friend /colleague could give me the judgment of Himachal pradesh high court, delivered by hon'ble Mr. justice Deepak Gupta, in Division Bench, regarding the Reservation in Matter of "promotion from state civil services to indian administrative services" delivered in the month of august or september.of the year 2009. i will be very grate full, if anybody help me on this. may god bless us all., plz,, reply any one its really urgent.......
