service count PSU to Central Government

Respected Sir, I resigned from Minsitry of Defence through technical resignation to join FCI and now I am tendering technical resignation from FCI to join CAG. Will it be considered a sservice break? Will my previous service period be counted? What benefits can I avail? Thanking you.

you can withdraw the resignation before being relieved.
