I have join income tax dept. on 25/03/2008. after technical resignation now I joined central excise dept on 21/08/2013. As both dept. have same ministry(finance ministry). Is there any provsion of service continuation from NPS (new pension scheme) to NPS. Will my past service count for pension scheme. if any O.M had published in this regard kindly suggest me with comments.
