I have joined in a PSU, BSNL in E-1 grade (16400-40500) in Aug’2015 by executing a bond for 5 years. After 8 months I have got selected for SCCL in E-2 grade (20600-45500) and joined the same after resigning to BSNL by executing a fresh bond for 5 years. I have attended the Exam for selection in SCCL before joining BSNL. But, I have got the call letter from SCCL after joining BSNL. In this case, it is requested to provide the clarification for the following as per the guidelines issued by DPE from time to time.
1. Whether the bond can be transferred to SCCL for the remaining period (i.e 4 Years 4 months) since both are PSUs
2. In case, if the bond amount is paid in BSNL before resignation, whether it can be claimed back
a. Either from BSNL
b. Or from SCCL
after serving the bond period (remaining period) i.e 4 Years 4 months in SCCL.
3. Whether the experience in BSNL can be carried forward to SCCL for seniority purpose Ex: Promotions, Pay scale up gradation etc.
