My name is mohit gupta and I am a employee of PSU (DFFCIL). I had signed a bond of 5 years of Rs 6 lacs . This bond is tranferable after 3 years of service. I had been selected in another job and i want to tranfer the bond to that state job but they have mention that it is tranferable after 3 year of service. what should I do?

If during the training period they terminate me from the job then should i have to pay amount of money as mention in the bond? PLEASE HELP ME

I have checked you appointment letter. If they terminate your services during training period then you are not liable to pay any bond amount as you are not leaving the job but they are terminating your services for any other reason and not due to breach of bond condition.

Hence, you need not worry about payment.

The termination can have long lasting effects in your resume and employablity.

If possible for you, try to avoid it.
