Selling property in full white after demonitization

Hi All, I want sell my property at 34 Lakhs but as per government valuation it has value of 20 Lakhs. And I Managed to get buyer will to pay in White (cheque) for 34 Lakhs. Will I face any Legal scrutiny for above 14 Lakhs in future.

The revenue/cirle rate are for stamp duty etc.....

Once cal sell above it and pay duty/fee etc on sale price.
