I am planning to have a flat in mumbai. The building I choose is already agrred to have redevelopment.
The members of the society have already vacated the flats and builder, who is going to redevelop the same have already paid some 1.5 lac to members for transfer their flats. Rent aggreed for 1 year also have been paid to memebrs by post dated cheques.
The building is not yet demolished, CC., IOD not yet got by builder.
Now, from one of the members, I want to purchase the flat "as it , where is" basis.
The redevelopment aggreement is having words like "existing memebers" at varoius pages.
Is it by any means possible, that developer under redevelopment aggement, may raise any issue regarding my membership or deny any other legal benifits supposed to get by original flat owner?
