i am a govt servant( group c ) in department of post and eligible for appering limited departmental exam .but my department is not allowing me to appear the exam which was held on 30.06.13 stating the reason that me is subsidary ofender in a case but till date i have not not recieved any official communication in which case i am a subsidary ofender.
Now the another exam is going to be held which is my fundamental right to appear for the exam and get the career upgradation and i am fear that my dept is not allowing me to appear the same , hence my question is whether is there any solution so that i can appear the exam ? my senior says that there is rule in recrutment that if any displinary action is pending or contemplated agaist the applicant , he will not be allowed for exam?
as per my knowlede i have not found to the ineligibility conditions mentioned in the exam notification, I have never been established under any of these conditions nor have any communication regarding this.
hence please let me know is there any way so that i can appear the exam ?
please guid me leagally what can i do in such condition.
