I wish to start security service business in Kerala. I would like to know these things :-
1) Can an non Ex-Serviceman like me start it ,.
2) Which Govt. office should I approach for getting and filing requisite forms .(Information centre for the same).
3) Anything that I should know which I might have missed.
Please guide me with full information .Your kind assistance is highly expected .
