I am a ex- Secretary of Bhaynender. Would like to know that in our AGM a Shop ower's son is selected as secretary. He is not a joint owner. His father is owner of the shop.
If no, Is any way to continue as secretary or we have to call for new secretary.
Please advise.

1. ONLY a registered member on Society records & registers, can be appointed as a Secretary /Mg.Committee member.
2. Appointment of a non-member as a Secretary /Mg.Committee member, shall be a criminal offence.
