Dear Sirs,
I married my wife sister .now we are staying Together. As I know as our Hindu Law it’s Illegal ,To avoid this problems in future can you advice to me.
I want to know against me who can eligible to complaint?
To avoid this what is the safe guard to me?

The following can file complaint:
(c) where the person aggrieved by an offence punishable under section 494 of the Indian Penal Code(45 of 1860) is the wife, complaint may be made on her behalf by her father, mother, brother, sister, son or daughter or by her father's or mother's brother or sister.

U could have continued the first thread itself whereas the subject is the same.Why waste the time of the experts.
Whatever U have posted in the three threads,every act of Urs and UR 2nd wife are illegal according to law.
