Can anyone guide me for taking a decision for purchase of NA land for second home.
For that I found one project called FARM HILLS of EDWISE REALTORS PVT LTD.at Vajreshwari road (VIRAR) which is not far from mumbai city. But builder doesn't have NA certificate till date. They told me that will get it in next 6 to 8 months also told me that as there is no NA permission cleared, we can't do registration for land now.
They will give only allotment letter mentioning plot number, area, cost etc... Rate is 350/sq.ft in 12 EMI
Should I buy this kind of land ? Please guide me.
