The mortal remains of my friend [christian woman] were taken away after 5 years from the burial ground and the grave descreated. The mortal remains were taken away by illegally without informing the local church, husband, police or any court order, apparently by the woman's parents to rebury in their family graveyard in another city.
The husband has approched the local court who directed the local police station to register a FIR. Are there any cases like this that have happened in India before ? What were the judgements of the courts ?
