Kindly enlighten me on this issue.
1. Whether the CBI can seek sanction for prosecution under section 19(1) in a single letter if there are more than one person is involved in a case
2. When the competent authority is the same person for both persons under question is it right for the competent authority to accord sanction for one person and recommend to his higher authority for denial of sanction for the second person.
3 When the charges of offence is under various sections of crpc other than pc act is non availability of sanction be reason for not including the person in the crime allegedly committed by both which is evident from all documentary evidences produced to the court in this particular case
