Schedule Tribe (Adivasi) Agricultural Land Allotment

I am from Madhya Pradesh and I have 2 questions about the property.

1. What is the procedure for an ST(Adivasi) to get the 5 Acre Agricultral Land (Untransferable) in Madhya Pradesh from the government which according to the tribal law is alloted to SC/ST?

2.What is the procedure of buying a ST(Adivasi) Person land for an ST (Adivasi) and can it be transferable to Genral and if transferable what is the procedure for it? in Madhya Pradesh?
