Hello,
My upstair flat occupant who has been troubling us from last 2 years has filed a complaint in police station stating that he is being harassed as he belongs to sc/St category.
Now police wants us to give in writing that we won't complaint against him in future.
I don't understand this. We are the sufferers & we have been asked not to complain about it.
We are not at all concerned with his caste . We just want him to stop disturbing us with his noisy activities of hammering, dragging heavy objects late at night.
I would really appreciate some legal advice on this matter.
