If you have borrowed and have not paid as per T&C agreed upon by you, then where is the harassment?
Record all calls.
Remain gentle and amiable and ask not to call many times/day, everyday.
If you have evidence of harassment/coercion etc it shall be handy if required.
Prefer to show the loan brochure, loan application, loan approval, loan agreement, T&C etc to a very able counsel specializing in such/banking/consumer matters.
If you have defaulted on T&C then request BM/Bank, to restructure under proper acknowledgment, as guided by your counsel.
