SARFAESI ACT ON LEASE TENANT?

Hi, I had given Rs.7 lakhs as lease for the flat to the flat owner on sep 2015 with 2 yrs agreement in Rs.20 stamp paper. I requested my flat owner from jan 2017 to repay my back due to i wish to vacate the flat but still now he is not return back my money. So I gave a legal notice through my advocate. He had received it but not replied for it. In-between, Two bank persons came to my flat and informed that the owner had borrowed some amount and doesn't repay it properly. So due to NPA, they initiated to take steps through SARFAESI act and pasted a notice before a week. I'm ready to vacate my flat if I got my money back. Any options to get back my money from bank if they are ready to take over my flat? Or is there any option to stay the SARFAESI proceeding? Or any other legal procedure to stay in the flat still I get back my money from owner or bank? Or Please advice any other legal procedure to me. Thanks in advance..
