I have filed criminal complaint under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act for cheque bouncing. Court asked me to bring VERIFICATION in writing on the next date, so that the Magistrate can order to ISSUE PROCESS.. Kindly help me by providing the draft specimen sample text of such VERIFICATION which I have to submit in the court on the next date. Thanks in advance..
