Myself and my brother acquired dwelling house with plot of 364.25 sqyrds through will deed from our Father. We belong to Hindu family and we both got undivided equal share in that property of 364.25 sqyrds. Mutation was done on both of our names. Can I sell my share in that property? Can my brother stop me selling my share of property through court? Do I need his consent for selling my share of property?
