Hope all are fine.
I am the 5th child with 1 elder brother and 3 sisters. After my mothers death we all decided to give a property to my younger sister as she looked after our parents. My sister has obtained a SALE DEED 13 years back and is paying all taxes, EB in her name for the yester years.
2 sisters have expired and i wanted a share in the property. Is there a possibility to claim?
