Sale of father property

Dear Sir,

The legal heirs in my father property are 4 sisters & 2 brothers(including me). My father & mother have both expired.

All my sisters has signed an Indemnity bond & release their rights.

Can we both brother sell the property with this Indemnity bond

As per registration office, release deed is required. Kindly clarify

Rights in immovable property can be released by a registered release deed only.

In the property registration card, is it necessary to initially add all brother & sisters name and then with the release deed get the sisters name cancelled.

Or directly only brothers name can be added supported by released deed evidence.

Kindly guide
