I have purchased agriculture land on 1996 & got primary agreement copy in 200/- bond paper without registration ...sign also taken by wife and mention in that children's are minor .With in 4 month seller was absconded in the same year.Till date I am the cultivating a land ...
Due to not traced the seller ,his wife was got khata & pahani in her name ..
but ,now they have not ready to provide sale deed registration
what may do that in scenario?
