Sale deed

the Buyer of my Flat in Thane has to obtain a Bank Loan to purchase my Flat. He insist that we register a sale deed containing the conditions of payment. the possession of property is with me till the final payment is made. He says the Banker insist for sale deed registration to process the loan. Please advise. And how i cancell the registered sale deed if the loan is not sanctioned by the Bank. 


Please advise.

don't get the sale deed registered until and unless you get the payment in full.

do registeration of sale deed after getting full payment

Sale deed has to be registered after full and final payment and sale deed if executed can be cancelled on the ground of breach of terms and conditions of sale deed.
