BMRDA (Bangalore) has approved residential layout which is in the name of four persons. 90% of layout land ownership is with one among the owner. I will name him "A". 7% with another owner... say "B". Remaining 3% of land with say " C" and "D". Now" A" has made sale agreement with two persons(say E and F) for his portion of land and collected 75% of sale amount as agreed in the sale agreement. B also has made sale agreement with E and F and collected 75% of sale amount as agreed in the sale agreement. As per the sale agreement remaining 25% amount to be paid by E and F within three months from the date of sale agreement. This three months period is over. Now four owners of layout and E and F have mutual verbal agreement to settle the amount once layout gets sold to individual buyers/bulk buyers. In this case how to make registration between buyers(individual/bulk) and ABCD and EF.
