In a sale agreement wherein it is mentioned that the sale should be completed within 6 months and when the buyer did not come for the sale, what is the legal option? In the agreement it is clearly mentioned that if the buyer did not settle the balance amount within 6 months, then the agreement stands cancelled automatically and also he forfeits the advance amount paid.
