I have a client. he wants to sell a property in Pune at Handewadi. It is not in Corporation area, just 50 meters outside the corporation area. It has a residential status. He had purchased 10 Guntas in 2005 through Power of attorney and he has all rights to sell and develop the plot, out of which he sold 6 Gunta in 2007 through power of attorney only . Now he has remaining 4 Guntas, which he wants to sell. On 7/12, the previous owners name has been mentioned. it is still 10 Gunta. I have couple of questions about it.
1) when he sells the property, can he have the name of the person who purchases 4 gunta on it.
I had heard that some Tukada Bandi Law has been enforced in maharshtra.
Please guide me.
