Salary pending and final settlements

Dear Sirs,

My name is S.Narasimhan, I am in Chennai – I was worked in a Mumbai based

Animation company, from 2009. In the year 2012 April the management suddenly

Closed our Chennai branch with out any Notice. More over our Monthly salary

And other payments also stopped from 2012 Jan. Nearly 1.7 years I am not able to

Get my salary and final settlement amounts. And I have called several times and i

Have sent several mails , the management and out CEO reply we don’t have funds

I am really very badly affected in this issue. I have all details I have the company appointment

Letter, and I have communication mails, and I have pay slip I have PF number also.

Now I request you please kindly help me How can I get my pending salary and settlements

What I have to do now. Because my company Head office in Mumbai. I am in Chennai.

Dear Sir,

My name is shyam, i live in Yelahanka, Bangalore, i was worked in small printing press there not given any offer latter & salary latter know my boss last month half salary not given me, i gone my village some days i taken the leave & informed my boss before taking the leave before leave they paid half amount of my salary & said me you go half amount i put in you account but i m calling him they not peeking my call some time they peek my call & telling i don't have funds & i don't have business they cheating me, i know they getting business but saying me i don't have business
