Hello All,
I was assistant professor at private engineering college.
I worked there for 11 months and gave one month notice as policy.
I have all the documents complying this such as accepted resignation letter, no due certificate all.
I left college on 2nd May 2014, and still they have not paid my salary for the month of March and April.
What should I do?

They are giving indirect message that you may leave it as a parting gift.
You can submit a gentle representation addressed to appointing authority, Chairman narrating all previous representations and request to supply salary by bank DD thru Redg. post only so as to reach you in next say...................................7 days.
If good offices also do not provide relief you can seek help from Teachers/Lecturer's associations, Univ. authorities with which college is affiliated, State edu. authorities,...............................................
and
approach your labor consultant/service lawyer with all docs on record:::
file complaint u/s 406,420.........................
winding up petition in HC
recovery suit.....................
