I have invested in "Sahara Prime City Limited - Pune" project for 2.5 BHK apartment in Dhanori, Pune.
Initially, I was informed the project will begin in October 2012 and will get the possession in January 2015.
Till date the project has not been started and I did not receive any information or commitment for the commencement of project.
I have already paid 3 installments (i.e; booking amount, advance allotment amount and allotment amount) of 2.9 lakhs each.
After hearing news about Sahara-SEBI I am confused to continue with this investment further.
Please let me know whether my investment is secure or not?
If not, should I discontinue with this investment and ask for refund of my amount paid.
