Dear Experts,
Please note that I bought 5.5 cent plot and an house in it in calicut corporation, there was a "Well" as well in the plot.
I requested for house number and corporation came for inspection.
They found that the Well not digged as per the rule. 104 , 2 is violating. Set back with nearest boundry (another plot) is less than 1.5 mtrs. Now they sent a notice saying occupancy can not be allowed.
Request you to kindly advise what shall i do to settle the issue.
