RTI ACT IS MISS USED

I and most of them will agree with Laxminarayan,and it is also right view, but I only pointed out certain incidence where it was being misused, but otherwise it is defenitely benificial to the genuine intrested common man in the sodiety to fight against the corruption..

Under the provisions of the Bombay Shops and Establishments Act 1948, und3er Schedule II specific exception has been given to the establishments pertaining to any kind of educational  activities (which are recognised by law) .You  may check whether such exception is given in the concerned state.

 Is a pvt ltd co exempted from S&E Act?
