i would like to know whether a private, unaided, self - financed private universities come under the purview of Right to Information Act? In my opinion after perusal of Section 2 (h)(c), every private university is established by an act passed by that state legislature... so doesnt it satisfy clause c of section 2 (h)? kindly reply.
