During my Medical examination in Kochi on 26.12.2014 for employment in Saudi Arabia, I have been asked to purchase Rs 100 stamp paper from Kochi high court in my name by staff of Medical examination centre and sign with date and name with out filling message in writting or Typing in.if I am fit in medical examination. I have done so to get fit certificate.
Reason : I have gone for surgery in my left leg 14 months back due to fracture because of accident and left leg carries metal rod inside bone below the knee.
What is the purpose of it.
Please guide.
