I am planning to buy a 10 year row house in a registered society.The row house need lot of modification - internally as builder did not think of vastu compaint at all.
- Need to change/ break internal staircase and rebuild in same house in another side.
- Need to change location of overhead watertank from west to east (Cement heavy tank)
- Need to change main entrance door from south to east.
- Need to change location of toilet/wc
- Being a corner row house nothing needs to be altered of the row house near mine ?
- Do I need society permission or permission ?
- Do I need permission from municipal corporation ?
- Do I need to modify/revise sanction plan ?
Can anyone from society object if nothing of theirs get touched ?
