We have bought the ground floor of a building. We have proportionate roof right and common staircase and landing. The owner/seller stays on the first floor. After selling the ground floor they covered part of all the landings for personal use. The attic at the top of the building is converted to personal toilet by the seller. Now they have decided to cover the roof with asbestos shade. can they do all this?? What should I do now to stop all these?
