I am looking out to start a roadside kiosk business (High end Thela) in India.
The concept is very popular in foreign countries, but I hardly see corporates or brands into roadside kiosks in India. Is is because of the constrained legal system in India or is this an untapped market ?
Please help me with your experience and legal advice, licensing requirements(if any), potential hassles and the well followed practice in this business.
