I bought a two wheelere in Vishakapatnam and subsequently transfered it to bangalore Feb last year. I have completed all the formalities for transfer and also have paid the bangalore raod tax and claimed a refund from Vizag. The Vizag road dept has also cleared it and sent the Govt order to refund my tax which has gone to Hyderabad to issue the refund. I have been sending several email remainders to Hyd office to issue my refund but as usual no one responds so what is the best way to follow this up. Inspite of a Govt order there is no one in Govt office who cares about it so how do I pursue this matter.
