I have a few questions, please.
I inherited a property passed down by my grandfather to my father.
I sold that property, and bought some land and constructed a house with the proceeds.
I have a wife, one son (20 years old), and one daughter (16 years old).
Questions:
1. Does the abovementioned house belong to all the family members (while I am alive)?
2. Can I sell the house (and land) without the consent of my wife and son?
3. If I DON’T make a Will, will my wife and both son and daughter inherit the house (and land)?
4. If I DO make a will to pass the house (and land) to my daughter only, will the will be valid?
