May I know what rights does the police have, after myself and my father had an agreement on Bond paper for clearing the said amount?
My father and myself had an agreement on Bond paper stating that iam responsible only for 23 lakhs of debt (This agreement happened in Police station. The police mentally tortured me and my wife by calling me anytime to the station.). But i already cleared 27 lakhs before the agreement. Now can I claim for that 27 lakhs???
Please suggest me....
