Rights of grand daughter

Can grand fathers self accuired property which is willed on my father can be claimed equally by their childrens(2)? and after death of grand father if my father does a will on one of the son/daugher will others (son/daugher) have rights on the property?

a Hindu man can only distribute his share in the property through a will," wealth is transferred to people your father choose in the WILL.
