There is a property (Land) om my grand mother's name (mother's mother). She had not made any will on the property befor her demise. My grand mother has 2 daughters and 1 son. Now my grand father is trying to transfer the property to is son. Is it possible to transfer without daughter knowledge??
is it possible to claim share if he transfer ot some means??
