Dear Sir,
I want to obtain a copy of 'The Meghalaya Professions, Trades, Callings and Employment Taxation Act, 2012' (Act No. of 2012). Earlier it was called Assam Act VI of 1947 which was adopted by Meghalaya Government and the name was changed as mentioned above.
Please advise where I can get a copy of the the above Act. Please suggest a site or Shop or link where I can the same.
In case if I have to go for a copy under RTI Act, Please suggest where and in which department of Meghalaya Government I have to apply for and what are the formalities which I have to complied with.
Please guide me.
